Katelyn was born in Wagga Wagga, however following a long trip around Australia at four years of age, Katelyn and her family relocated to Katherine, Northern Territory, where she did most of her growing up.
After completing her schooling at Clayfield College, Brisbane, Katelyn relocated to Townsville, North Queensland, where she attained a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at James Cook University.
Since completion Katelyn has worked in both private practice and the hospital setting. Katelyn shares a keen interest in sports rehabilitation, women’s health and pilates. Katelyn has completed her APPI mat work level I and incorporates many Pilates based exercise’s into her rehabilitation. Katelyn is also accredited in dry needling and has completed courses in sports and spinal physiotherapy.
In her free time you can find Katelyn swimming at the pool, playing social netball or going for a run with her beloved puppy, Pacho. Katelyn’s recent sporting achievements include:
- Wagga Aquathon 1st Female 2016 & 2nd Female 2018
- 2nd Female Lake Burleigh Griffin 5km 2017
- Competitor Wagga MTB Marathon 2017
