Claire is an Exercise Physiologist and has been at Body Dynamics Health since February 2019. Claire was born in Uralla, a small town in Northern NSW. After completing her schooling at Loreto Normanhurst in Sydney, she returned home to complete her Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science at UNE Armidale. In 2017, Claire relocated to Wagga. In 2018, Claire began her Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology via correspondence in Bathurst.

Claire runs regular exercise classes at the clinic throughout the week focusing on exercising with Diabetes, falls prevention, heart health and functional strength and conditioning. She also works one on one with clients to achieve overall health goals. She has undertaken a professional development course in Chronic pain.

Claire is an avid sports woman herself, currently playing both Netball and Touch football in local competitions throughout the week. Claire enjoys a good Netflix binge but can also be found on long walks with her Labrador dog Bailey or on the side line of a local football match as a trainer for the Wagga Tigers.
